Meet the people who make Elevate what it is, bringing together a love for movement and welcoming community

Elevate is a celebration of my favorite things- Pilates and coffee. After over 15 years working in healthcare, the time had come for a shift. I still wanted work to help people but just in a different way. I wanted to create the space I wished I had. A place to connect, to grow and to relax.
