Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all services provided by Elevate Yourself GmbH, including but not limited to:

  • Pilates group classes

  • private sessions

  • workshops

  • memberships

  • class packages

By purchasing a service, booking a class, or attending the studio, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Elevate Yourself GmbH reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The version valid at the time of booking or purchase shall apply.

2. Services

Elevate Yourself GmbH offers Pilates and movement classes in group and private formats.

The studio reserves the right to:

  • adjust class schedules

  • substitute instructors

  • modify class formats

  • cancel classes if necessary.

A group class may be cancelled if fewer than two (2) participants are registered.

If a class is cancelled by the studio, the used credit will be returned to the client’s account.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are published on the studio website or booking platform.

Prices:

  • are listed in CHF

  • include VAT where applicable

  • may change at any time.

The price displayed at the time of purchase applies.

All classes must be booked and paid in advance through the Mindbody booking system unless otherwise specified.

All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, unless required by Swiss law.

4. Memberships

Elevate Yourself GmbH offers membership plans with the following conditions:

  • Minimum commitment: 6 months

  • Billing: monthly

  • Maximum usage: 12 classes per month

Unused classes cannot be carried over to the following month unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

After the initial 6-month minimum commitment period, the membership continues on a monthly basis and may be terminated with one (1) month written notice.

Membership details, pricing and benefits are published on the website or booking platform.

5. Class Packages

Class packages may be purchased through the booking platform.

Each class package has a specific validity period, which is displayed at the time of purchase.

Unused classes expire automatically once the validity period ends.

Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Elevate Yourself GmbH, particularly in cases such as:

  • illness or injury

  • pregnancy

  • exceptional circumstances.

6. Workshops

Workshops must be booked in advance through the booking platform.

Workshop bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full workshop fee being charged or deducted.

7. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All class bookings must be made through the Mindbody booking system.

Clients must hold a valid membership or class credit to complete a booking.

​

Group Classes

Group classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If cancellation occurs after this period or if a client does not attend the class:

  • the class credit will be deducted from the account, or

  • the class will be charged

 

Private Sessions

Private sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.

8. Late Arrival

To ensure safety and minimal disruption:

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the class has started may not be admitted.

Late arrival does not entitle clients to a refund or credit.

For private sessions, the session will end at the originally scheduled time even if the client arrives late.

9. Age Requirement

Participation in regular studio classes is permitted from 16 years of age.

Younger participants may attend specific workshops or classes designed for children with parental consent.

10. Health and Fitness

By booking or attending classes, clients confirm that they:

  • are physically able to participate in exercise

  • have no medical condition that prevents safe participation

  • participate voluntarily and at their own risk.

Clients must inform the instructor before class if they:

  • have injuries

  • are pregnant

  • have medical limitations affecting exercise.

Elevate Yourself GmbH reserves the right to refuse participation if a client’s health condition may pose a risk.

Clients must not attend classes if suffering from infectious illnesses.

11. Studio Conduct

Clients must:

  • follow instructor guidance at all times

  • treat staff, other clients and equipment respectfully

  • use equipment properly.

Elevate Yourself GmbH reserves the right to refuse entry or remove clients who:

  • violate studio rules

  • behave inappropriately

  • endanger other participants.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Liability

Participation in classes and use of studio facilities occurs at the client’s own risk.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Elevate Yourself GmbH excludes liability for:

  • injuries sustained during training

  • accidents occurring during classes

  • loss or theft of personal belongings

  • damages resulting from slight negligence.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio property or equipment.

13. Force Majeure

Elevate Yourself GmbH shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • governmental restrictions

  • pandemics

  • natural disasters

  • technical failures

  • other force majeure events.

In such cases, services may be cancelled, postponed, or adjusted without liability for compensation.

14. Data Protection

Elevate Yourself GmbH processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Personal data may be collected and processed for purposes such as:

  • class bookings

  • client management

  • payment processing

  • communication with clients.

The studio uses the Mindbody platform to manage bookings and client data.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and media belonging to Elevate Yourself GmbH are protected by intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

​

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

​

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
